At Phillips Heating & Air, we’re proud to carry on a tradition of honest work, dependable service, and treating every customer like family.
Today, we wanted to shine a light on the backbone of our company.
In 2005, at just 30 years old, Clay took a leap of faith and started Phillips Heating & Air with one goal in mind—to provide for his family while serving his community. His knowledge, intelligence, and dedication to his trade set him apart from the very beginning.
Those same values didn’t stop with him. Clay passed down his work ethic, integrity, and passion for the industry to his only son, Hunter. As a young teenager, Hunter began riding along on service calls with his dad, learning the trade firsthand. Years spent in the work truck eventually paid off, and when the time came, Hunter became the youngest student in his class to earn his HVAC certification.
Some customers were understandably surprised when an 18-year-old in uniform showed up at their door. It didn’t take long for Hunter to earn their trust, proving that age is no match for knowledge, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Twenty-one years later, Phillips Heating & Air continues to stand on the same principles it was founded on: honesty, quality workmanship, and treating every customer like family.
