Remodels rarely go exactly as planned. Hidden issues behind walls or under floors can pop up, and yesâyour home life will be a little disrupted. Itâs an invasion of your privacy for a short while, but we promise itâs worth it in the end.
2. Timelines Are Flexible
Weather, shipping delays, and other factors beyond our control can shift timelines. Weâll give you the best estimate we can, but dates arenât set in stone.
3. Changes and Add-Ons Add Time and Cost
Whether itâs a mid-project change or a last-minute âwhile youâre hereâ addition, just know that it may extend the schedule and increase the cost. Weâre happy to roll with the changesâjust expect a little flexibility to go with them.
4. We Start Early
Our crew kicks off the day at 7 AM. We know itâs early, but it helps us stay on schedule and make the most of each day.
5. We Respect Your Space
We go above and beyond to keep your home as clean as possible during the process. Dust containment is a priority, but in all honestyâitâs tough to keep it all in one spot.
