Boucher Home Design I design custom homes both small and large. I specialize in craftsmen, farmhouse, modern/contemporar Turning that concept into plans for their new home.

I started drawing house plans about 22 years ago using the knowledge obtained from years of being a General Contactor to obtain a better finished product. With the CAD system I use I can start with a concept of rooms and arrange them in a pattern that my clients want. I also so have the ability to produce landscaping ideas from plants, lawns, trees, walkways with terrain elevations and even layout your sprinklers

Pool cleaning day. Drained and acid washed our pool. Finish filling it tomorrow. 40,000 gals of fresh water. New salt cell and 800 lbs of pool salt. Fire up the solar panels to warm it up time to start swimming.
