Another floor brought back to life. 👊

This garage had an existing coating that failed because the surface wasn’t properly prepped and the moisture in the concrete wasn’t addressed.

We removed the failing coating, mechanically ground the concrete, installed a moisture v***r barrier, and completed a full flake coating system the right way.

Now it’s built to last.

A lower price can end up costing more when corners get cut. Proper prep is everything, because a coating is only as good as what’s underneath it.
