GroundLight is a growing contractor specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), plowing, utility outage emergency response, and hydrovac services. We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

💪 What You’ll Do:
•Assist with underground utility installation and repair
•Operate or support drilling, plowing, and hydrovac equipment
•Respond to emergency outage situations as needed
•Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
•Work outdoors in various weather conditions

✅ What We’re Looking For:
•Strong work ethic and reliability
•Ability to perform physical labor
•Experience in utility construction is a plus (but willing to train the right candidate)
•CDL preferred (but not required)
•Willingness to travel and work overtime, including emergency call-outs

Help us welcome our newest employee Cooper! Cooper is from Hutchinson. He graduated from Hutchinson High School. Soon after graduating he joined the National Guard as a UH-60 (Blackhawk) maintainer. He enjoys working on vehicles of all nature and anything that has to do with aviation.
