There are no shortcuts when the goal is a floor that will stand the test of time.
Our team is currently preparing 31,000 square feet for a PIP five-coat hangar flooring system. During preparation, we identified an issue with the concrete that required additional attention. Rather than coating over it and hoping for the best, we double blasted and ground the surface to make sure the new system will bond to sound concrete.
That extra work takes time, but proper preparation is one of the most important parts of a successful flooring installation. When an issue comes up, we believe in bringing it to the attention of the key stakeholders, working through it together, and making sure the job is done right.
We’re looking forward to sharing photos of the finished floor once this project is complete.
Great work by Josh and the crew on this one. Their hard work, attention to detail, and patience during the preparation process are exactly what quality installations require.
