Are you a jack of all trades? Can you run a paint rig, texture, do drywall repair, replace a ceiling fan, change electrical outlet or light switch, change out a garbage disposal, mow lawn, weedeat, do some mild landscaping, fix an exterior wall and bring back to new? Do you want to learn air conditioning service and installations, plumbing and more?

You must be entirely dedicated to your work, you must have your own truck and hand tools and you must be able to work 8+ plus hour days. Must be willing to work and occasional Saturday (but we try not to).

I have so much work it's not even funny and I'm hiring guys that want work, want to work hard and want to get paid very well for working hard.

Pay is based on experience. I have guys that work for me that make over $100K per year. I fire guys that aren't making a $1000/week.

Mettle's, a restaurant located on Calles Street in Austin, Texas. Americas 1st Choice not only provided this customer with a complete heating and air conditioning system, but they also installed their complete commercial kitchen. Two Huge Exhaust Hoods, Make up Air, Dishwasher Hood and all the stainless steel on the walls. Mettle's is considered one the Best Premier Restaurants in the Austin, Texas area.
