Had a great time at the 4th Annual Egg-Strava-Ganza put on by Andrew Johns and the Home Team with Keller Williams!

What a fantastic event for an amazing cause, raising money and awareness for Huntington’s disease. It was awesome to see so many people come together in support.

And Boordy Vineyards was such a beautiful setting for the event. Great atmosphere, great people, and a great cause all around.

| How does water enter into my basement?

Typically, water enters into basements during periods of heavy rainfall when the ground is saturated and the water table is high. When it rains outside the water table increases, creating hydrostatic pressure pushing against your foundation. The water is delivered into your home due to this pressure and enters around the perimeter where the wall and the floor meet. Water can also enter homes through window wells or cracks.
