What started as a little moisture in the crawlspace turned into widespread mold growth on the floor joists and subfloor.

Once we got underneath the home, we found:
🦠 Mold growth on structural wood
💧 Elevated humidity and trapped moisture
🌫️ Poor airflow
🪵 Moisture-affected subfloor and joists
