Another one completed in Pinedale, Wyoming! 🏔️🔨

We installed this 22-gauge A606 weathering steel roof, and it’s already beginning to develop its natural rust-colored patina.

That’s what makes A606 so unique—the steel is designed to weather naturally, creating a protective patina that continues to deepen and change over time. We can’t wait to see how this roof looks once it’s fully weathered!

And a few hours from home doesn’t slow us down. JL Exteriors is happy to travel to take care of our customers and tackle unique projects like this one.

The D Diamond Ranch for Elk Ridge Builders is coming together in an incredible way, and this project is already shaping up to be something truly special!

One of my favorite parts of this industry is working alongside incredibly talented craftsmen and tradesmen. The masonry on this home is absolutely stunning, and it’s amazing to see how the detailed stonework complements the siding and roofing we’ve installed.

And that tongue-and-groove soffit… it’s one of my favorite details on the entire project! Paired with the massive timbers, beautiful stone, and striking overall design, this home is making a statement.

We’re proud to have JL Exteriors play a part in bringing the D Diamond Ranch to life alongside Elk Ridge Builders and all of the talented trades involved. Every detail is coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait to see the finished result!

Sage Grouse is coming along! 🔥

This has been a fun one to watch take shape. We’ve got natural vertical 1x6 shiplap going up with GAF Charcoal shingles, black accents, and those big exposed timbers.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the stone finished. The browns in it should look awesome next to the natural siding and really finish this place off.

And those windows… hard to complain about the jobsite when you’ve got the Tetons staring back at you all day. 😂🏔️

Every project has that one feature that quietly steals the show… and on this house, it might just be the little painted front door. 😂

This incredible home is coming together with:
✔️ GAF Timberline HDZ shingles
✔️ Standing seam metal roofing
✔️ Beautiful Glacier Millworks siding
✔️ Massive timber accents that make a statement from every angle.

Elk Ridge Builders knocked it out of the park with this build, and we can’t wait to see the finished stone bring the whole exterior together.

Now let’s settle the important question… is the front door the star of the show, or is it just trying to steal the spotlight? 😆

Finished up the tongue and groove soffit on these massive gabled porches, and the results speak for themselves. The rich stained wood is beautifully complemented by the oversized black timber beams, creating a warm and inviting look with plenty of curb appeal.
The rest of the home will feature aluminum soffit for a clean, low-maintenance finish, while these grand porches remain a standout architectural feature.
And if you think it looks good now, just wait until the siding is installed.

At JL Exteriors, we’ve met a lot of people over the years, and Joe is one of our favorites.

He’s probably the biggest, strongest guy we know, but he’s also one of the kindest and most genuine.

When we asked how he wanted to be introduced, he simply said:
