Finished a nice little landing and steps at Telford School for District 93. 2 days of set up, grading and rebar including a lot of #5 rebar dowels. Then pour strip and finish. On to the next adventure

First foundation of the year complete. House foundation with 9' walls, 4 windows in basement and a nice little garage. Had a minor hiccup while pouring( see pics) but got it fixed and completed. On to the next one

We put the concrete forms away for the year and now have switched to tile for the winter. If anyone needs small tile jobs done, floors, backsplash, tub surrounds, etc. send a message. Thanks and Happy New Year from Hawkins Concrete Inc.

Got this text from a new contractor we poured a basement floor a few weeks ago for. "We finished framing the basement yesterday, excellent job Rob! As flat as I've ever seen". Gotta love that. Hard work and attention to detail Does pay off. :)

Our last 2 projects. Steel building foundation with footings( some as large as 7'x7' with double matts rebar) 4' walls and 12 piers for red iron 4 of them 28" x 22" with 6-1" bolts in each and 7 door block outs and the 2nd a 2400 sqft shop floor poured 5" thick with rebar mat. And we aren't slowing down. Barndominium foundation starts Monday. Are you next

Latest project. Horse stable building slab and foundation. 16 sonotubes and rebar cages below, center slab 5" thick with rebar, ribbons around perimeter for exterior walls 10" x 8" with rebar. 3 separate pours

Another project this Spring. A Barndiminium foundation in Pingree. Pouring the bearing footings today.

First flatwork for the new year. Monolithic slab for a new shop and pads on 2 sides. We even dug the footings for it. Call now to get on the schedule as it's filling up fast. :)
