We are going to end our month with Melissa Leonard! This friendly smiling face came to TSS over 8 years ago as a PM, and has worked her way up to Assistant Manager for our Service Department. This new role for her has utilized her organization skills (as well as some patience) while she revamped and brought the Service Team up to date! With her optimistic views and ambitious attitude she hopes to take Tyler Service Department to a whole new level.

After work and on the weekends Melissa loves spending time with her family, especially her husband as they renovate their new house. She lives for spoiling her grand daughter and planning the next beach getaway.
