Recently, we’ve had the chance to spend quite a few days working side by side in the office, on the road, and out on the job.

When you’re building a business together, those days mean a little more! Getting to work alongside your best friend, grow something you’re proud of, and enjoy the life you’re building along the way is pretty special.

We’re always looking ahead at what’s changing in the HVAC industry and how those changes can benefit our customers.

One of our biggest takeaways from the recent expo: beginning in May 2028, new efficiency requirements will impact the pumps used in boiler systems. Traditional single-speed PSC pumps will be phased out in favor of higher-efficiency ECM pumps.

What does that mean for homeowners? More efficient operation and the potential for lower utility costs.

We also spent time learning about new options for whole-home dehumidification. This is something that can make a BIG difference here in Michigan. Humidity often settles in basements, contributing to dampness, musty odors, mold and mildew.

Whole-home dehumidification is a solution we’re recommending more often to help control moisture throughout the home and improve overall comfort.

Technology is changing, and we’re making sure Heat-Flow Mechanical stays ahead of it so we can continue bringing the best options to our customers!

Anne here! Jon & I had such a great time this week at the Novi expo show! We networked, learned, and found so many great new products that will allow us to better serve all of you.
