This summer, we’ve spoken with a lot of homeowners who are trying to get repairs, drywall work, and painting completed before moving into a new home.
Unfortunately, some have also been given misleading advice simply to get them booked as quickly as possible.
The truth is, the order of the work matters. Painting should not begin before leaks, moisture problems, drywall damage, or other underlying issues have been properly addressed. Starting too soon can lead to wasted money, damaged finishes, and work that has to be completed twice.

This exterior refresh is complete! This home had its fascia boards, front entrance post, and deck stained and brought back to life. While we were there the team also took care of their exterior furniture by stripping and resealing it getting it ready for a summer full of BBQ’s ☀️🍉
