Heavy Equipment Operator – Join Patriot Excavation in Kansas City!

Patriot Excavation is hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in the Greater Kansas City, Missouri metro area!

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: In-person – Greater Kansas City, MO area

What You’ll Do:
• Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
• Perform earthmoving, grading, trenching, material loading, and more
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols
• Work closely with the team for efficient project flow
• Keep accurate records of equipment use and maintenance

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred (a plus, not required):
• Class A CDL
• Certifications or specialized heavy equipment training
• Experience with grade lasers or modern equipment technology

***STOLEN EQUIPMENT*** If anyone recognizes this vehicle, they stole a Bobcat MT100 from one of our job sites off of 152 and N. Platte Purchase Rd. at 2:45 AM early Saturday morning.  We realize it’s not much to work off of, but felt like it was worth posting.
