Arctic Seal, offering superior insulation services, whether that’s interior work, exterior work, we have done and seen it all! Closed cell, 2lb density spray foam provides R-7 per 1” aswell as top notch v***r barrier with 2 or more inch depth, and total air-sealing. Insulating a local, Pre-Fab home. 2x4 stud wall, offset from concrete wall, providing thermal break between the concrete and framing members. Aswell as Boxsill/Rim Joists providing air sealing, damp proofing, v***r barrier, and tying boxsill into wall insulation encapsulating double sill plate. Creating a monolithic thermal envelope throughout the basement.

We installed 2” of Closed cell 2lb density spray foam into the wall cavities, and applied 3” of closed cell into the Boxsill/Rim Joists. Giving the wall an R-14, and box’s R-21.

30 years ago, 20 years ago, today, and now teaching his own 18 year old the trade. Join me in CONGRATULATING Rod Schares on 30 years with Arctic Seal! Rod started working for Arctic Seal at age 17, fresh out of High School. He has dedicated his entire adult life to the Spray Foam Insulation trade and always gives 100% to his work and family. Rod purchased the company in 2019 and has relocated the business to Independence. Congrats Rod, it has been a wild ride!!!!! We are beyond proud of the man you are!!!

Arctic Seal is a Family Owned Small Business. Our 16 year old son, Wyatt, has been focused on learning the Spray Foam trade alongside his mentor and Dad, Rod. Earlier this month Wyatt joined us in Vegas and participated in the SPF Insulation Master Installer field evaluation. Wyatt scored a 98%!!!!!! Look out world, this kid is coming for ya!
