We are a disadvantaged women owned, small business located in Independence, Missouri. We have extensive experience in professional services to governmental, institutional and commercial clients. Powell CWM is licensed to perform architecture, professional engineering and land surveying in Missouri and Kansas. Powell CWM's architectural projects over the years have included, but are not limited to, new facilities, and repair/renovation of existing facilities, medical institutions, education, military installations, shopping centers, public housing facilities and commercial office spaces. Our engineering projects have included, but are also not limited to, design of highways and streets, grading plans, controlled fill, surface drainage, flood control, water retention/detention, parking lot designs and subdivision/site planning. Our Land Surveying and Mapping Services have included completing large scale mobile and aerial projects, entitlement services, hydrograhic surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision platting, and acquisition documentation.
