**Job Opportunity: Commission-Based Sales Assistant - Kitchen Designer/Sales Rep**

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for design and sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commission-Based Sales Assistant to join our team as a Kitchen Designer/Sales Rep. In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your skills, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Generate potential customers/leads via social media platforms to expand our customer base.

- Identify and explore new sources for lead generation to maximize sales opportunities.

- Assist customers in selecting colors, styles, and materials, providing expert advice on the services we offer.

- Initiate contact with leads, gather accurate measurements, layouts, and detailed information for each project.

- Utilize our design program to create stunning kitchen designs (no training required)

- Manage customer information in our CRM
system, ensuring a smooth and organized sales process from initial contact to final payment.

- Explore marketing strategies for promoting our multiple e-commerce websites.

- Support the sales rep your assisting with various small tasks as needed. They may be times you will need to drive to pick up materials or meet with customers. Depending on the situation you will be compensated for gas and time and other times it’s included in the commission

**Requirements:**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and your lead sales associate.

- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or kitchen design is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and lead generation techniques.

- Ability to learn and utilize design software to create captivating kitchen designs (preferred but not required)

- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information and sales pipeline.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

**Benefits:**

- This position is a 1099 sales assistant role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales associate position.
- Extremely Competitive commission-based compensation with the potential to earn larger percentages in the future if promoted to sales associate
