Meet the people behind your remodel 👋
Every project is shaped by a team that cares about getting it right, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Swipe to get to know us!
Thinking about remodeling? DM us “PLAN” and let’s talk. 🏡
Michael, President, MCR, UDCP - Since joining his father in 2003, Michael has worked every side of remodeling, from demolition to design. For him, it’s all about making people happy and improving the lives of others. Outside of work, he’s a die-hard Reds and Bengals fan who loves music, travel, trying new restaurants and cooking at home with his wife and young daughter.

Scott, Project Developer- Scott started with DiFabion as a laborer and worked his way up to leading our team of project managers and craftsmen. His favorite part? Knowing that our team does what’s right and always puts the clients’ interests first.
Outside of work, he’s a Buffalo Bills fan, golfer and backyard pit master who loves time with his wife, two daughters and two dogs (less beautiful, but still cute).
Payden, Project Developer: Payden’s favorite part of a remodel is getting to the heart of what isn’t working and helping homeowners build a plan that fits their home, family, and investment. Outside of work, Payden is ultra competitive, whether it’s golf, pickleball, mountain biking, company go-kart outings or a board game with his girlfriend, he always plays to win!
Rylee, Business Development Coordinator - With a background in client relations, Rylee helps make sure every DiFabion project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her favorite part of working here? “Everyone supports each other, and we all share one goal: delivering an exceptional project and client experience.”
Outside of work, she’s a golfer, documentary binge-watcher and Football Sunday regular who loves time with her boyfriend and their many fur babies.
