👀 Definitely not your average pergola or eze-breeze porch...?!👀

We thoroughly enjoyed working with StruXure NC on this unique build! Their louvered roof system makes this space incredibly versatile - open it up to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, adjust it for some shade, or close the louvers completely when the rain rolls in.

But what happens when a little water gets in? 💦

No worries! We built the floor with one of our favorites, Trex Company decking, paired with all-aluminum Trex Company railing - both made to handle the outdoors.

Okay, but what about the pollen and bugs? 🐝

That’s where the Eze-Breeze windows come in! Lower the panels to open up the screens and enjoy the breeze, or raise them when you want a little more protection from the weather and pollen. Either way, you still get that open-air porch feel without being completely exposed to the elements.

Happy Easter from our family to yours 🐰

Mr. Smudge has been part of the Exterior Additions crew for a while now; he was definitely begging for some screen time.

Beyond the bunnies, eggs, and chocolate, Easter is a great reminder to slow down, spend time with the people who matter most, and enjoy the simple things. Whether that’s a quiet morning, a family meal, or just some time outside (especially if you already have a porch 😊).
