Did you know there is more maintenance to do on a mini split than you think? Most people just think cleaning the coils outside every 6 months is going to keep their mini split running at top performance. Well that’s wrong! Cleaning outside coils is important but the inside coil and blower are even more important. This process needs to be done every 2 to 3 years depending on usage and animals in the house. It also takes more time and cleaning. So if you feel like your mini split isn’t working like it use too, it probably needs cleaned. 317-941-9104

Customer didn’t have enough vents in master bedroom. So instead of making a mess of their new remodeled basement. We added a mini split. Who else would like to sleep like a baby at night?🙋🏽‍♂️

Here is the before and after of the job I finished yesterday. Went from a builders grade Goodman to a communicating high efficient inverter system! they are a work horse always thinking how to save you money and keep you comfortable!

Here is the finally result! Customer has standing water in the basement when it rains, so the humidity levels are not good sealed Plenum and added some duct sealant. Once she gets the water resolved, it will help tremendously in that unconditioned space. We also had a drill a new hole above ground for the line set and we plugged with hydronic cement the old hole she now has a unit that will cool down and actually cycle.

Here is what the cheaper bid looks like! Now my client can’t get ahold of this guy. Also he installed different brand furnace,a/c,coil. Nothing matched and had 6 leaks on line set. After I pointed everything out customer realized this isn’t right. I don’t show this to throw people under the bus. I want to show this to educate people look at their work they should have a portfolio of jobs they did in the past check reviews do all your homework before you make your decision because the cheaper bid is never the best idea. Just a simple basic system that turned out great. Customer was happy and that makes me happy. Just want to remind everyone with this hot weather or when running portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers. Check filters monthly or bi monthly. Yes they have filters too. It will actually work more efficient and keep them running longer which saves you money on buying new ones. The big box stores are going to hate me. But every single time I go down into a customers basement they are clogged and had no idea that they were there. You will thank me later.
