Just want to remind everyone with this hot weather or when running portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers. Check filters monthly or bi monthly. Yes they have filters too. It will actually work more efficient and keep them running longer which saves you money on buying new ones. The big box stores are going to hate me. But every single time I go down into a customers basement they are clogged and had no idea that they were there. You will thank me later.

Just because you have a water softener doesn’t mean your water is okay. The water companies add to our water and it’s some of the worst water ever seen. You need to have it tested and then add a water filtration system that removes the bad stuff way before it gets to your water softener. This water heater is only 4 years old and this is the second element for the bottom of the tank. I did not change the first one. But I did pull out 3 buckets of nasty crap out of the tank before installing new element. There is a science to water treatment and first thing is having it tested. Give me call 317-941-9104.

Pulled off another late night but was very pleased on how it went. Customer couldn’t believe it pulled down under 70 degrees. She hasn’t seen that in years. Thank you for putting your trust in Wise Guys Heating and cooling

If you are looking to replace your equipment please make sure if it’s a complete system that you are getting matching equipment. I just had to tell a customer that her 3 year old system doesn’t match and was put in by a hack. I feel so bad because it wasn’t cheap and a system should last 15 years when installed correctly. I think I can save the furnace. But the coil drain has been leaking inside for at least a year. Someone thought a hose off a vacuum was a good idea. Hopefully I will be able to do this make over and make it right for there family. Stay tuned

My customers said they haven’t felt good in months and then they walk outside or leave and they feel much better so every time they were staying in their house they were getting sick. They said once they turned the furnace off they started feeling better. This is real! carbon monoxide is real! Even though it’s spring and we’re running A/C. it’s still good practice to have all your carbon monoxide detectors up-to-date and ones that have digital readouts.
