We sealed all Overlap Seams, Flashings, Pipe Collars, and Fasteners using a UniFlex OneFlash Urethane Permanent Sealant.

A Pole Barn we got finished earlier.
We first got everything all power washed off.
We then applied a thick coat of a Zinnser Rust Inhibitive Primer to the roof.
To finish we Primed and Painted all surfaces using a Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Direct To Metal Paint.

First we got everything Power Washed off.
We then refastened the Roof, and sealed all Flashings and Fasteners with a UniFlex OneFlash Urethane Permanent Sealant.
To finish we Coated the Roof using an Industrial Strength Asphalt Aluminum Roof Coating.
