Indy Insulation and Spray Company is hiring a lead spray technician. We’re looking for an experienced crew leader with 3+ years of insulation experience, including spray, batt and hybrid installations.
Must be able to:
Lead residential and commercial spray foam installations
Install batt, crawlspace, and hybrid insulation systems
Set up, operate, and maintain spray rigs and equipment
Manage job flow, materials, and quality control
Drive box truck or trailers, and transport equipment safely
Train and mentor junior crew members
Maintain OSHA-compliant, professional job sites
Represent the company with clients and builders
Communicate with internal teams for the effectiveness of the job
Must have:
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Confidence in driving job equipment
Ability to work independently without supervision
High standards for clean, precise workmanship
Preferred experience includes closed and open cell systems, commercial projects, and new construction or retrofit work.
Compensation and Benefits:
$27–$35 per hour based on experience and leadership ability
