Making lots of progress on the Butler Tarkington interior project. One of the bedrooms included wallpaper removal followed by wall repair before painting. Several rooms are being painted including trim. A few rooms only required matching paint and doing touch ups. EPA lead paint protocols are being followed. Paint color is Navajo White.

Starting a new interior painting project in the beautiful Butler-Tarkington neighborhood on the north side of Indianapolis next week. The house was built in 1927. My new customer found me on the EPA website page that lists EPA certified painting contractors. Forecast this week for Indianapolis is rain almost every day.

Hopefully, I will get a few hours of dry weather to finish this home over the next few days. The front and the sides are done. There’s just two 12 foot stretches of siding to go.

Anyone remember the song, Little Green Apples (1968 by O.C. Smith)? Here’s the chorus:
