We installed 1,400 sq ft of Everlasting Monticello LVP with some serious floor prep along the way. We built up the low areas with plywood, then brought everything back to spec using Schönox AP Rapid self-leveling compound for a solid, smooth surface.

This 600 sq ft cottage in Fortville, In came out sweet. Had to skim coat over the finished concrete floor and the saw cut seams, however the result and transformation speaks for itself. I feel like it made the space look much bigger.
