This project was much more than a kitchen remodel. Our team helped completely modernize several areas of the home while improving functionality, lighting, and overall appearance.

Scope of work included:

• Complete kitchen demolition
• Removal of existing cabinetry and bulkhead
• Installation of new cabinetry
• 9 recessed can lights added to brighten and open the kitchen
• New lighting fixtures
• Updated electrical receptacles and switches throughout the home
• Installation of 10 new interior doors (paint-ready)
• Removal and replacement of two tub/shower surrounds
• Plumbing updates associated with both bathroom renovations
• New bathroom vanity installation
• Two bathroom exhaust fan installations
• Two ceiling fan installations

One of the biggest transformations came from removing the kitchen bulkhead and completely redesigning the lighting layout. By opening the space and adding recessed lighting, the kitchen feels larger, brighter, and far more functional than before.

The bathroom renovations also brought a fresh new look with updated tubs, fixtures, and finishes that dramatically changed the feel of the space.

We love being part of such an amazing community and want to find even more ways to give back this year.

Last year, we were honored to sponsor five families with Thanksgiving dinner groceries and helped one family with Christmas gifts. Being able to support local families during the holidays meant so much to us and we want to continue growing those efforts.

This year, we’d love to hear from YOU. What are some ways you’d like to see us give back to the community?
