"Hi Ken!
As you know, I recently had some work done at my condo (patio, pergola and landscaping). I can't begin to tell you how much I love it!!
With that said, I felt compelled to email you about a couple of your employees, Brittany Wells and George (I don't know his last name). They both have been fantastic, and they both are great representatives for your company.
When I first decided to move forward with the project, I "interviewed" 2 company's. One was an older and more established landscape architect. The second was Brittany.
Initially several people commented that they were surprised I wasn't going with the first guy, as he is very well-known and well-respected.
I can tell you that I decided to work with Brittany for a number of reasons: although she may not have the years of experience under her belt like the first guy, she was so enthusiastic, smart, talented and really listened to what I envisioned for my patio. She went to bat for me to get the pergola approved, she checked in with me at every step along the way, and answered my questions promptly, and patiently. (She also made me a booklet on how to care for the plants that she suggested, which I LOVED)! And, when I was a little uncertain about the hardscape, she took the time and met me at the Stone Center so I could look around. (I went with the suggestions she had originally made, btw), haha!
I have had numerous people here in my community that have come by to see the finished work, and ALL of them are amazed at the transformation, and at the final outcome. I have passed on Brittany's contact info to several people here (including my sister). All of them now want to meet with Brittany and start their own upgrades after seeing what she designed for me. She is just a doll, and I have already talked to her about the work and upgrades I want to do with my front courtyard.
Secondly, I want to give a shout-out to George! Honestly, I have never seen such a hard-worker. He did a fantastic job, was prompt, efficient, friendly and again... Very talented. Several people at Olde Mill have worked with him, and everyone is in agreement as to what a great guy he is, talented and hard-working! (Also, I think it's important to add that the temperatures were in the high 90's the days that George was here working). How that man worked 8, 9 or 10 hours per day in that heat is beyond me!!! 😊.
I just wanted to let you know an what exemplary team you have. So often, we only reach out to employers or managers to complain, or share negative experiences. I've always felt that it's important to recognize people who are exemplary, and Brittany and George deserve to have their performance and skills recognized.
I apologize for the lengthy email, and appreciate you taking the time to read it.
And again... I couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied with the results.
