- 5+ years exp in residential and light commercial HVAC
- Service tech and install skills combo preferred (we are looking for team members that can do both)
- EPA certifications required - trade school a plus
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Motivated, self starter, and can work independently
- Willing to learn new skills and take on more responsibility
- Want a career, not just a job

** This is not for a trainee position at this time. We need techs/installers that can hit the ground running, run service on their own, and make a dent in the HVAC universe!
