Proud to celebrate an incredible night with the Coalition for Construction Safety at their annual awards celebration. Our team was honored with the Safety Leader Award, Safety Innovation Award, and two individual recognitions—Teofilo Santana Vasquez with the Hero Award and Jonathan Byrd as Outstanding Craftsperson.

These awards reflect the commitment our people bring to safety every day, on every jobsite, and for each other. Congratulations to everyone involved in making safety a true part of our culture.

It was a special opportunity to host our founder, John Gaylor, at our Noblesville, Indiana location alongside colleagues from McDraft’s Young Presidents’ Organization Forum.

The visit provided time to reflect on the exponential growth Gaylor Electric has achieved since John became Emeritus in 2014, as well as the leadership, ideas, and merit shop philosophy that helped build the company’s foundation. We are grateful for the opportunity to welcome John back and to share in both the success and the future of Gaylor Electric together.

The ABC Indiana Kentucky Apprenticeship Graduation was a meaningful night for our team as we celebrated a large group of Gaylor apprentices completing their journey.

Through ABC’s partnership with Vincennes University, some graduates earned associate degrees alongside their apprenticeship, strengthening both their skills and their future career opportunities.

Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate an incredible group of high school juniors and seniors at the ABC Construction Prep Academy graduation as they take meaningful steps toward careers in the skilled trades.

Through hands-on learning and real-world experience, these students have built a strong foundation for what’s ahead. We are especially honored to welcome several of them to Gaylor Electric, whether they are beginning full-time careers or joining us this summer as interns.

Programs like ABC Prep Academy continue to shape the future of our industry, and we are excited to see what this next generation will accomplish. Welcome to the team.
