Decks don't fail overnight.

Deck problems usually leave clues before they become major issues. Fasteners, flashing, attachment points, and structural components all tell part of the story. This is one area I pay close attention to.

So let's talk about the smallest pilot in the inspection world.

The drone changed everything for me. Roof corners, flashing details, the underside of overhangs, commercial flat roofs — angles I simply couldn't get safely from the ground. The drone gets a real look, and the roof stays inspected per SOP (visual, from the ground, eaves, and now the air).
