"It was a beautiful day in Attica, Indiana as we held the groundbreaking ceremony for the brand-new Riverport Lofts! Members of the community came to celebrate this project milestone as we look towards an exciting future. With construction already underway, the new vision for this corner is coming into focus. Daniel Hubbard from the development team spoke, along with Attica Mayor Larry Grant and City Councilman Nathan Maus.

A special thanks to our many partners on this project, including Kevin See and Grand Contracting, LLC for all their hard work, Hayden Wiesinger and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority for their continued support, Charlie Mercer from First Internet BankFirst Internet Bank, and Citizens State Bank - Indiana. In Williamsport, Indiana, we held the ceremonial groundbreaking for the Sandstone Lofts project that will be completed next year! Dan Hubbard and the Camden Roembke from the development team spoke, along with Williamsport Councilman Paul Coffman and the Executive Director of Warren County Economic Development County IN. Economic Development, Heather Deno.

It was a beautiful day and a great opportunity to share the exciting vision with the local community as construction is underway. We would also like to thank Kevin See and Grand Contracting, LLC for their invaluable work, Hayden Wiesinger and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority for their continued support, and Charlie Mercer from First Internet Bank for coming and helping us celebrate this milestone.

As this project gets underway, we would like to thank to our partners First Internet Bank, Citizens State Bank - Indiana, R4 Capital, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, and the Affordable Housing Service Corporation. Join us next week on June 18th at 10:00 AM as we hold a ceremonial groundbreaking for Sandstone and celebrate all the hard work done to get to this phase and exciting future the development represents!

Demolition work has been completed at M22 and we look forward to the next phase for this exciting project in the heart of Indianapolis!

While the two long-vacant buildings are now gone, the materials have not just been thrown out. Salvageable materials from the buildings have been broken down into back fill for the site, recycling the old and creating a new foundation for the future of the neighborhood. We look forward to the many ways M22 will help further elevate the evolving 22nd street corridor.

A big thank you to Casey-Bertram Construction, Inc. and Good Shepherd Fence Company for their great work during the M22 demolition. Check back soon for more updates about M22 and other upcoming Crestline projects.
