Tommy joins us as our new Project Manager, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he’ll be supporting our Operations department and working closely with the team as Alleato continues to grow.

Automated storage systems require fire protection to be coordinated around the equipment, storage configuration, and operational clearances.

For the Superior Beverage Exotec project in Glenwillow, Ohio, the scope includes new in rack sprinkler protection, a six inch riser serving the Exotec system, and approximately 2,800 sprinkler heads.

The system is being designed according to the applicable FM Global criteria, with detailed requirements governing sprinkler placement, storage height, piping, and protection throughout the rack environment.

In an ASRS installation, precise coordination is essential to protecting the facility without compromising the performance of the automated system.

Work is underway on a significant building expansion and facility upgrade project for a confidential client in Hillsdale, Indiana.

The scope brings together new construction and improvements to the existing shell, including HVAC with relative humidity control, reinforced concrete flooring, LED lighting, ESFR fire protection, dock infrastructure, employee and office spaces, and specialized operational areas.

Site work, parking expansion, architectural and engineering coordination, and permitting are also part of the broader delivery strategy.

Every element is being planned around one objective: creating a facility prepared for greater operational capacity and long term performance.
