Creative solutions for your flooring needs. Creative Flooring is a full service custom rug shop located in Indianapolis.

Creative Flooring Contractors Division is a specialty flooring company providing unique services to contractors and property owners. Our mission is serving the flooring removal, concrete polishing and concrete sealing needs of commercial and institutional properties. Our project scope includes services ranging from old flooring removal, concrete preparation and leveling, to applying epoxy, polishing and staining the concrete. The bottom line is that Creative Flooring has a proven history of producing beautiful floors for retail, restaurants, schools, offices, educational and institutional clients. We serve the surrounding areas and are happy to work with any customer, anywhere. From the initial design stages to project completion, our services include, but are not limited to, Carpet edge finishing, backing and pads, stair runner manufacturing and installation, repairing your existing rugs, and much more. The Rug Shop walk-in hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Ever wonder what a rug pad actually does? Or why rugs have backing underneath?

That hidden layer has a really important function! 👀

Backing is attached to the underside of your rug. It helps support its structure, and non-slip options help keep it in place.

A rug pad sits between your rug and the floor. The right one adds cushioning, improves grip, and helps protect the flooring underneath.
