WIRE PULLING AT IT’S BEST!
21,000+ linear feet of large conductor wire pull, with almost
6,000 ft” of underground raceways!
This footage shows the simultaneous push and pull during a major wire pull, with crews staged on both ends of the run and the tugger machine handling the load tension.
On pulls of this scale, it’s all about control and coordination!
⚡ Crew feeding conductors into the raceway to prevent insulation damage
⚡ Pull crew managing tension and alignment at the receiving end
⚡ Tugger machine maintaining constant tension across the full conduit run
⚡ Continuous communication to ensure smooth conductor travel through the raceway
Large conduit runs require proper pulling calculations, lubrication, tension management, and experienced crews to safely move conductors thousands of feet without damaging insulation or stressing the cable.
With large power distribution wire pulls, we always have to be on point with all safety Installation and procedures making sure the end result is above industry standards.
Big conduit runs.
Heavy conductor pulls.
