Here's another job update!! This is the Sparkman Barndo!!

4500 square feet under roof, with 2500 sq ft of living area.

This one has several key designs including a 24' tall grand entryway and board and batten siding!!

She's dried in and ready for interior build out!! Next up Jeff Hamm and his crew @ A-1 Construction and framing.

Time for some job updates! This is the Buman barndo. This one is a 42' x 66' with a 14' x 18' screened lanai. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with flex/storage space upstairs. It also has just under 1300 square feet of garage/workshop. We've got this one dried in and the interior framing wrapped up! Next up is mechanical, electric, and plumbing!! More to come!!

We are making some progress on the Romeo Farm Barndo!! These front and back porches are gonna add some awesome outdoor living space!!

All the red iron is completed and we are starting to sheet the walls. 24 doors and windows on this one, so lots of cutting and trimming!!

It's starting to look like something now!!

Archer Road Storage Update!!

Exterior walls are completed, and the roof system is going down!! This includes a Therm-All Optiliner system that gives the building an R-19 wall and an R-30 roof insulation value. Meeting Florida's energy code for conditioned space.

Thanks to Matthew Metzcus with Therm-All for supplying a superior product to help beat this crazy Florida heat!! 🔥🥵

Framing package has also been delivered, so next up is Jeff Hamm @ A-1 Construction & Framing to kick off our interior build-out!!

Big shout out to Zeke and Travis @ Manatee plumbing for jumping on the rough-in on the Romeo Farm Barndo!! These guys are carrying on the tradition set forth by Lester and Kim Bennett!! Quality workmanship and very professional!! Give them a call with any of your plumbing needs!! Bring on some concrete!! Let's gooooo!!
