Just a heads up. I didn't install the counter tops and the floor was done by someone else but is a job we can handle.

Just a quick scrape and paint job. Also replaced a broken pane of glass near the front door. Turned out pretty good.

BIG CABIN UPDATE! I know some of you have been waiting for this. Still to do, base boards, kitchen counters, finish the bathroom and refinish front room floor. Kitchen counters will be granite, I will not be installing those. Enjoy and comment what you think!

Long awaited cabin update. Unfortunately didn't get much more of the framing photographed. Starting electrical here. Shoring up roof support. Fixing exterior logs. HVAC also gong in and then drywall beginning. I didn't do most of the drywall so only a few pictures of that.

La Brea project. Getting fixtures moved back into the basement bathroom. Painting finishing up. Flooring and lighting beginning. Flooring bad in upstairs bathroom got it repaired only to find the toilet fl**ge had previously been set to high! So a bit of plumbing to lower the fl**ge.

La Brea project. Discovered that the plumbing was in the way of finishing the ceiling in most of the basement. All new water lines run. Water softener also needed to be moved to be closer to the water heater. Got the water all hooked up and the softener decided to purge on the floor in the basement!
