Puck’s Painting & Remodeling is growing, and we’re looking for a Project & Growth Manager to join our team!
We’re searching for someone who is driven, dependable, and ready to take ownership of their role. This position combines hands-on project management with sales opportunities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, leading projects, and helping a business grow!
🔨 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Overseeing daily production and managing crews
Coordinating project schedules, timelines, and materials
Communicating with clients throughout their projects
Meeting with potential clients, providing estimates, and closing sales
Building relationships and helping generate new business
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
General construction experience and knowledge are REQUIRED
Reliable, dependable, and accountable
A true people person with excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
Extremely self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to quality
Reliable transportation
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative
💰 COMPENSATION:
Hourly Pay + Commission
✔️ 4% commission on company-provided leads
✔️ 6% commission on self-generated leads
