We always love when our clients call us for their 2nd and 3rd remodels. We had the pleasure of
getting this rental ready to go up for sale.

We patched quite a few drywall holes throughout, painted the interior, installed 7 interior doors , installed exterior sliding glass door, repainted the cabinets to give a second life and installed butcher block countertops. We finished with waterproof lvp flooring throughout and new baseboards.
