Got this one wrapped up today. Tore out the jacuzzi tub, tile floor, and leveled the slab. I extended the walls down to the floor, patched all of the drywall, textured, painted, and a new 12x24 porcelain floor installed.

For a small floor the slab was horrible, 2 large humps running 2 different directions across the length and width of the bathroom. Took the grinder to it today and got the slab flattened and ready for tile on monday.

I'm in the middle of redoing a 3 year old shower that another company did. This one wins the award for the most careless mistakes. The problem started with a leak from the shower that ruined all of the new flooring and cabinets in the kitchen. Upon tear out I found...
•nothing was waterproofed
•the pan under the cement board wrapped the framed in bench and had screws going through
•upon tearing out the walls they threw globs of mud on and stuck it up there
•they cut the mud pan where they wanted and tried to caulk the cuts back together and tried to caulk patches on as well
•they used concrete for the mud bed because they left holes all in the pan and didnt want water getting through.
•the drain fl**ge is an inch higher than the slab leaving underlying water nowhere to go
•water that didnt fully go through the bench drained down the face of the bench and under the concrete "mud bed" where the water found every slice and hole they left in the pan and traveled under the walls and into the kitchen.
•the plumbers came in yesterday to center the drain and also found 2 p-traps glued together because they didnt want to dig down far enough to do it properly.

If any of my former/recurring customers would be willing to look up the company name on Google and leave a review I would greatly appreciate it! It doesnt matter if I finished your house 5 years ago or yesterday, we would love to hear from you. The more reviews the company gets the easier it is for people to find us so we can help the community as much as possible.

Just a little trim work added to the painting job. Also found a birds nest in the air vent, that was a first for me.
