🌟 SPOTLIGHT🌟

Today we’re shining the spotlight on one of the younger members of the Nailed It Roofing family — Dylan! 🖤🔨

At just 19 years old, Dylan is already learning what it means to work hard, show up, and be part of a family business that was built from the ground up.

One of the things we love most about being a family-owned company is getting to watch the next generation grow — not just in the roofing business, but into hardworking, dependable young men who understand the value of earning what they have and taking pride in what they do.

We’re incredibly proud of Dylan and especially proud knowing that one day, he’ll be helping lead the next chapter of Nailed It Roofing. This isn’t just a job for him — he’s learning the business, the values, and the standards that this company was built on so that someday, when the torch is passed, he’ll be ready to carry it forward. ❤️

For now, we’re thankful to have him learning, growing, and working right alongside us as part of the Nailed It Roofing family.

⭐️SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

Today we celebrate a special man. My (Lisa) dad. You may have seen him in our commercial (still pic below) I could fill a book with things about this incredible man. Let me just tell you a little about him.
He holds a specialty license in aluminum structures, a general contractor’s license, a home inspector’s license, and even a pilot’s license. And something many people may not know—he also has a doctorate in theology!Although he doesn’t allow anyone to call him Dr. Bruce Chivers (he’s kinda humble that way) He refers to himself as just an old country boy.

Dad has been a tremendous asset to Nailed It Roofing and a huge part of our success, working alongside us as an estimator until his recent “semi-retirement.” Yes he has been climbing roofs at 69 years young! And I say “semi” because anyone who knows him knows he’ll never completely quit! His knowledge, experience, and wisdom are invaluable, and his daily presence is truly missed around our office.

We are so thankful for everything you have done for our family and Nailed It Roofing. Help me wish the AMAZING MAN A VERY HAPPY 70th BIRTHDAY! Dad, We love you so much! ❤️

Today we spotlight the real OG of roofing…Joe! The man behind Nailed It Roofing.

Before there ever was a Nailed It, there was just a young guy who went to work roofing every day. He’s started roofing when he was just 14!

He’s worked through the Florida heat, storms, aches and pains.

At 21 years old, he chose to take on a huge responsibility stepping up to provide for a family that wasn’t his by birth—but became his in every way that mattered.

Thankfully, he’s been able to lay down the nail gun and enjoys operating Nailed It and spending time with our beautiful grandbabies.

I’m proud of the business we’ve built together, but I’m even more proud of the man behind it.
