Once again another roof where they went with a lower bid and now are paying double for us to reroof a roof that isn’t even completed because the low bidder has no clue in flashing or installing a tile roof system they even have the gable tile installed backwards.

Starting the dry-in stage of the mansard roofs at the World Equestrian Retail center. Radius roofs inlaid gutter system and a lot of flashing detail.

Our guys knocked this one out of the park. Tejas Borja clay tile with copper flashing .Clay tile has to be cut with a wet saw and on a 10/12 pitch they had their work cut out for them but they did an amazing job. The one picture that shows the entire roof in one picture is before they washed the roof of the clay dust which in it self was a job not for the faint of heart. I am proud to say I have some of the best guys in the tile roofing business.

The DPR difference . Solid copper cricket and copper flashing transferring water back on to top of roof tile, soldered primed and covered with a cap sheet to protect copper from other building trades damaging it and adding many more years of life to the roof.
