Take a Walk Around Your Yard After Every Heavy Rain

Summer storms can create problems that aren’t obvious from your porch.

After a heavy rain, take a few minutes to look for:
💧 Standing water that lasts more than 24 hours.
🌱 Areas where soil or mulch has washed away.
🏡 Downspouts that are causing erosion.
🦟 Places where water collects and becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

🌫️ A Quick Update from JBM Outdoor Solutions 🌿

Due to the current unhealthy air quality caused by wildfire smoke, we have made the decision not to send our mowing crews out today.

We understand this may delay your scheduled service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, the health and safety of our employees will always come first. They are our most valuable asset, and we believe protecting them is the right decision.

The good news is that with the recent heat and dry conditions, most lawns have gone dormant and aren’t growing much right now, so waiting a few extra days should have very little impact on your lawn.

Our crews will work hard to get everyone caught up as soon as conditions improve, and we expect to be back on schedule next week.

Not every brown lawn needs water!
During hot summer weather, it’s normal for some lawns to go dormant to protect themselves. Before turning on the sprinklers or applying products, take a closer look.

We have been so busy the last week and a half to two weeks that I haven’t posted any update pictures so here you go.

Several pictures of ones that we have both and some side projects that we have completed  or currently working on.

It has been a great busy year, but growing definitely comes with challenges.
