Big day at our Muir house renovation. Drywall, and I mean 9,800 sq.ft. of drywall, is being delivered! Hanging crew starts tomorrow. Will be excited to have this large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home ready for a new owner this fall so stay tuned 😀

Top Rung Renovations,LLC is looking to add an experienced carpenter/ subcontract crew to our team. This will be a 1099 position but will generally be full time hours. Rough and finish carpentry, siding, decks, etc. Must be very responsive and reliable, able to drive and have your own tools and transportation. We renovate homes for resale (higher end flips) only and generally within Ionia county. Some updates on the many projects currently in progress. At "The Olde Stone Porch" we just finished up plaster and drywall work. Trim repairs are next with paint coming in a couple weeks, and kitchen cabinets installed about Valentines day. The new oak floor in the barn is complete and we're ready to start finish work and decor out there very soon. OSP is now booking for weddings and events for 2022 and 2023. For the many people asking, yes we will be having a public open house in early June. Stay tuned for more details on that!

Morton St. in Lake Odessa will be completed in about 2 weeks, so anyone looking for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home that is completely updated stay tuned or pm us for details.

We just closed on Cliff St. Muir which once completed this summer will be an amazing 3-4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home sitting proudly up on a hill overlooking the village. What a view and what a home it will be!

Very busy day at Morton St today. Parking lot is full lol!! Finishing up a new back porch, finishing the new basement doors, drywall finishing inside, trim paint on the garage, (yes in December🤔) a new garage door ready for install, Heating contractor fixing a heat run, and roof repair on the garage. 3 bedroom home in Lake O looking for a new owner in February. It seems recently all of our posts have been about The Olde Stone Porch, which has consumed the majority of our time, however we did have a crew start renovations this week in Lake Odessa.
