Ensuring our local kids started school this week with all of the supplies to be successful doesn't happen by accident. It happens when partners come together and help one another to transform East Central Iowa and change the story for local kids.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐶

Around here, not everyone on the team wears a Down The Road Electric shirt. Some have four legs, shed everywhere, and apparently spend part of the workday negotiating couch space with the cats. 😂

Today we’re giving a little appreciation to the four-legged family members who are always waiting for us when the workday is done.

They don’t care how many panels we upgraded, outlets we repaired, or miles we drove that day—they’re just happy we’re home. ❤️

And honestly, that’s a pretty good reminder of what “home” is really about.
