We have an open position for a Water Mitigation Supervisor with prior experience in the property restoration business. No reconstruction experience is necessary as we do not perform the reconstruction on jobs we mitigate or remediate. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance, excellent customer service skills, and be available to participate on our rotating 24/7 after hours on call emergency schedule. Due to the nature of the business, you must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when necessary.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
• Supervise crew and oversee projects from start to finish achieving 100% customer satisfaction
• Water Mitigation, Content and Structural Cleaning, Demolition, Containment and Content Manipulation
• Inspection, Extraction, cleaning Equipment Set-Up, Monitoring, etc.
• Set, move and monitor humidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and other equipment to job site
• Set up negative air in affected work areas for containment
• Prepare drawings and take measurements
• Take readings and monitor equipment

• Must have -IICRC Certification or experience with Water Mitigation Company
