As we get started with this upcoming roofing season, we wanted to show a couple of projects we completed last year!

Now for this project… What looked like a “small” job turned into a fun challenge for the crew! Tucked way back in the woods with limited access, this one definitely kept us on our toes—but that’s what we do best

We installed all new roof decking, carefully worked around that beautiful (but time-consuming!) stone chimney, and added a chimney cricket to keep water flowing the right way and protect the cabin long-term.

The best part? We worked directly with the insurance company and got this covered as storm damage—making sure ALL the necessary code upgrades, like the new decking and chimney cricket, were included at no extra cost to the homeowner

This is the level of detail, craftsmanship, and customer advocacy we bring to every job across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Thanks again for being part of our journey

Some roofs are more than just a roof… they’re part of a home’s story.

This Michigan home dates back to the early 1900’s, and like many houses that have stood the test of time, the roof had seen its share of updates over the decades. When we started this project, we found three layers of shingles.
Our goal like always was simple: strip it down and rebuild it the right way.

We removed all three layers, installed new roof decking, and gave the home a fresh start with CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles in Autumn Blend. To finish it off properly, we installed all new custom copper flashings, adding both long-term protection and a classic look that fits the character of a home from this era.

Projects like this are why we love what we do. bringing new life to homes that have been standing for over a century and making sure they’re protected for generations.
