Great review from Michael... "I recently had a full underlayment replacement completed by KJC Roofing on a 30+ year old tile roof. Over the years I had a few leaks and it was time. I researched and found that KJC was highly recommended and got a quote. I received excellent communication from Kelly and since the quote was fair I moved forward. The job took about 5 days and the crew did great. They worked hard and cleaned up well after each day. When the project was complete, Kelly came over with a magnet and made sure there were no loose nails hiding anywhere. I mentioned that part of the new roof drip rail they installed didn’t match my trim. She sent her crew back to paint the rail and part of the fascia to match as well as straighten out a couple of other corner tiles. Overall above and beyond! Since it has now rained since the project and I have zero leaks, I can confidently say I highly recommend KJC roofing for their excellent work and fantastic communication and responsiveness."

Between the rain, we work efficiently. This Mission Viejo clay tile roof was over 30 years old, and the underlayment had reached the end of its life (expires around 20-25 yrs). We got it restored and waterproofed so the homeowner can head into storm season with real peace of mind. If your roof is showing its age, now’s the time to take care of it. 🏠💪

Great review from JMW... "Excellent working crew, did a great Job. Randy went above and beyond, replaced 2 roof turbines when I asked to just fix one, yet stayed with the original bid."
