We would! ✋ Another high ceiling space being put to work and transformed into more usable living space…

For this project in Trabuco Canyon, the homeowners are adding a 93 SQFT bedroom with an 11 SQFT closet on one side, plus a 152 SQFT loft on the other.

The best part? We’re keeping the area above the entry open, so they can still enjoy the height, natural openness, and their chandelier while gaining over 250 SQFT of usable living space upstairs.

More space without changing the footprint of the home. 🙌

What if you could add a home office without changing the footprint of your house? 😍

For the Orange County project, we’re adding 64 square feet of second-story infill to create a brand-new office.

And while we’re at it, we’re replacing all three of these windows with operable windows, so the new office can get plenty of fresh air.

It’s only 64 square feet, but it’s a great example of how much usable space can be hiding inside a high ceiling area.

Another Aliso Viejo transformation underway! 🏠

For this project, we’re making better use of the existing high ceiling space to give these homeowners more room where they need it most.

By the time we’re finished, they’ll have two new bedrooms, an expanded hallway, and plenty of additional closet and linen storage, all within the home’s existing footprint.
