Refrigerant doesn't dissipate. It shouldn't run low, ever.

✔️ Check airflow and filters first
✔️ Low pressure usually means a leak or a bad charge from install, not normal wear
✔️ Leaks can hide in the coil, a weld, or a service port

If your system has needed refrigerant more than once, that's the signal to call a professional and find the real issue.
