PCG provides a comprehensive array of services which are incorporated throughout the design and construction phases of a project. By establishing open paths of communication early on in the process, PCG is able to identify critical goals of each member of the Project Team and work in partnership to address how these goals will be reached.

Denver, Colorado
Represented Owner as Tenant Coordinator in the construction and Tenant Improvement of a 52,000 square foot shell with T.I. / slabon-grade, CMU skin & metal roof.
St. Jones - West Coast Flagship Store
Pasadena, California
Approximately 12,000 SF women’s boutique build-out into an existing building on Rodeo Drive.
Fox Theatre Bar
Riverside, California
Approximately 2100 sf of Bar and Commissary, 6,000 sf of space to be used for of offices and management, and exterior Marquis and Blade Signs.
Belle Elaine's Bridal
Los Angeles, California
Represented Tenant and worked with Tenant Coordinator to complete a 6,000 SF retail tenant improvement.
Sur La Table
Beverly Hills, California
Represented Owner as Tenant Coordinator for a 4,180 SF Retail Tenant Improvement.
Qwest Field Suites
Seattle, Washington
Build out of four existing 3,500 SF spaces to accommodate sports bar themes. Additional work included demolition of eight concession canopies, carpet and installation of new wall/floor finishes and amenities at the stadium club level.
Tall Girl Shop
San Francisco, California
Represented Owner as Tenant Coordinator for a 1,748 SF Retail Tenant Improvement.
Quil Ceda Retail Facility
Tualip, Washington
Retail center tenant improvement. Three retail spaces built within an existing shell and core. Work includes landlord requirements and tenant build outs.
MORA Ice Creamery
San Jose, California
Demolition of an existing jewelry store and remodeled into an ice cream store. 1,500 SF space inside Bellevue Square Mall. Includes designbuild mechanical, electrical and plumbing and value engineering to meet a budget.
Restoration Hardware
Phoenix, Arizona
Expansion of retail store to add additional street entrance (store-front, foyer, stairs, hallway).
Beverly Center Escalators
Beverly Hills, California
Improvements to existing shopping center that included installation of multi-level escalators and enclosures made of special structural glass. All work completed while mall remained open for business.
Bauvuant Art Gallery
Portland, Oregon
Conversion of Artist Workshop spaces to gallery spaces for art and crafts retail space. Work involved lighting and sound changes, expansion of café and store, as well as exterior building enhancements.
